An Aspen resident since 1967, Marty began his building career nearly 50 years ago. In 1974, he founded Schlumberger Construction Company and began focusing on custom home construction and remodeling. Marty’s lifelong philosophy is to obtain the best product for the best price, without compromising quality. Jana Bouchard
Office Manager & Accounting Officer

Jana has been with SSC for 33 years. Her responsibilities include payroll processing, monthly billings, subcontractor audits, job cost summaries, lien waiver issuances and client reports. (photo, center)

Gary Krill
Project Manager

Gary is an experienced project manager, building custom homes for over 40 years in the Roaring Fork Valley. He joined SSC in 2006 and specializes in renovations.

Cameron McIntyre
Jobsite Superintendent

Cameron has been with SSC since 2004. As superintendent, Cameron offers critical attention to detail and particularly excels in his interaction with clients, architects, subcontractors and suppliers. Cameron has been awarded BEST Card Certification. (photo, second from right)

David has been with SSC since 2007. David is a passionate leader and has an eye for detail. David has been awarded BEST Card Certification and carries an Osha 10 card.

Phil Anderson
Jobsite Foreman/Carpenter

Phil has been with SSC for 20 years. He is an experienced, multi-faceted carpenter who excels in servicing client requests, remodels, maintenance and repairs. photo, right)

Scott Scherer
Owner/Senior Project Manager

Scott began employment with SCC in 2002 and now takes the helm as co-president of the company. He has an Engineering Degree from Vanderbilt University and Master’s Degree in Construction Management from the University of Colorado. He is an experienced project manager and responsible for the company’s daily operations. (photo, second from left)

Frank Montalbano
Project Manager

Frank is an experienced project manager and is responsible for developing project budgets, schedules, and value engineering strategies. He also tracks contracts and schedules with subcontractors and suppliers in order to keep projects on schedule and in budget. Frank interacts with the field and coordinates all aspects of the construction.

Scott Billeisen
Project Manager

Scott has been managing construction in the Roaring Fork Valley for 13 years and has extensive experience in residential construction including high-end custom homes and commercial tenant finish outs.

Scott Sutherland
Jobsite Superintendent

Scott has been with SSC since 2009. As superintendent, Scott excels in keeping an organized site, using computer software to model his buildings and stay ahead of the trades. Scott has been awarded BEST Card Certification and carries an Osha 10 card.

Jason Gleasman
Jobsite Superintendent

Jason is our newest member to join the team, but has been working as a site superintendent in the Roaring Fork Valley for over 10 years. Jason has been awarded BEST Card Certification and carries an Osha 10 card.

Sandy Hughes
Office Assistant Manager

Sandy works on all aspects of company operations. She also oversees company databases, technology and is essential support for team members in the field.
